Yes. That's what this service is for. We build new sites by hand, but you don't need a new site to get help. If yours runs on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or anything else, we'll work on the site you already have.
It doesn't matter who built it, or whether they still answer the phone.
Is my problem something you fix?
If something on your site is broken, out of date, or just not working the way it should, yes. Here's the work we take on.

How is the price set?
A broken form and a plugin conflict aren't the same job, so we don't print one price for both. Tell us what's wrong and what it's built on. We'll look at it, then tell you what the fix involves and give you one project price.
That's one number for the job, not a range. You'll have it once we've looked at your site.
How soon will you look at it?
Ask for the Free Website Review and use the box that asks what to look at first. Your written review arrives within 1 business day.
When the fix itself gets done depends on what's wrong, so we don't print a date on this page.
What access do you need, and is it safe?
For the review, just your website address. We look at your site the way a visitor does, so there's no login to hand over.
If you go ahead with a fix, we'll need a login to your site or your platform.
Do I have to rebuild my site?
No. We work on the site you already have. A site that feels dated isn't always a site that has failed, and smaller updates often cover it.

Do you fix Wix and Squarespace sites?
Yes. We work on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, hand-coded sites, and more. You don't have to change platforms to get help.
I don't know what my site is built on. Is that a problem?
Not a problem. Send us the address and we'll work it out.
Will you try to move me off WordPress?
No. We build our own new sites by hand, but a fix is a fix. If your site runs on WordPress, that's where we'll fix it.
Is the review the same as a fix?
No. The review is free and tells you what we see. A fix is separate work, quoted per project. You don't have to buy anything after the review.
Do I have to be in Texas?
No. We're based in Seminole, TX, and we fix sites for small businesses in West Texas and nationwide.
